The Eye Surgery Center

Dr. Rodman and Dr. Engelstein are founders of The Eye Surgery Center, an outpatient eye surgery facility located just two blocks from our office. It is a modern facility equipped to perform all types of eye surgery in safe and comfortable surroundings.

The Eye Surgery Center is certified by the Health Care Financing Administration (Medicare) and accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).  It is approved by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of D.C. and most other insurance companies. Almost all of our surgery is performed at The Eye Surgery Center.
