Insurance

We participate with Medicare, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare and most other HMO, PPO and indemnity insurance plans. Patients who have a medical insurance plan that requires a referral from their primary care physician will be responsible for bringing it to our office at the time of their appointment. Co-payments for Medicare, HMO and PPO plans are due at the time of service. Patients who do not have insurance we participate with, or who do not have any health insurance, will be required to pay at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made with the billing department.
